In this unique environment Pam offers specialised group and individual Pilates tuition interfaced with Life Coaching for your optimal physical and mental fitness development.

• Pilates
The Studio is fully equipped with contemporary Pilates apparatus and a large variety of smaller props. The group or one on one programmes are customised for beginners through to advanced levels. Pilates caters for many different body types and abilities making it applicable to a diverse clientele, from rehab to athletic sports.

Rooted in the original exercise method pioneered by Joseph Pilates (1880-1967), Pilates is a clear and comprehensive approach refined over the years to become a science focusing on the deeper core muscles of the body.

• Life Coaching
Pam is a professional Life Coach. Her practice involves a structured process that facilitates and inspires personal growth and performance. Life Coaching is a thought provoking and creative process that assists in empowering individuals to achieve their potential.

The inclusion of both Pilates and Life Coaching provides a unique setting for optimal physical and mental fitness. Both are highly progressive and future focused.

About Pam Hammond – Owner

Following an initial career in the Medical Research field Pam certified as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer with the American Council of Exercise (ACE, USA). As a certified Education Provider for ACE, Pam also became a national presenter for Choreography for Dance Exercise in South Africa. She was awarded Fitness Instructor of the year in the 1990’s. Pam has managed several Fitness studios, both in South Africa and Dubai and recently expanded her horizons qualifying as a certified Pilates instructor in Cape Town. She presently runs a successful studio in Franschhoek in the Western Cape, South Africa.

Pam holds a BSc Honours degree in Psychology and a post-graduate Certificate in Life Coaching.

Pam’s style is viewed as eclectic and practical. The overriding aspiration in her passion for her work is to promote the ongoing benefits of mind body fitness, and more particularly, to fulfil the needs of each individual to become their very best.
